ORDERING
Please send an email to enquire about available work or commissions. To order, I will provide you with an invoice including payment details.
SHIPPING
All original work is carefully packed and shipped out of Diana's South Oxfordshire studio. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.
* International Shipping is available. Please email for shipping quotes of framed artwork. Due to to recent changes in custom processes, tariffs may apply upon arrival in the US.
Please allow 10 working days for shipping within the UK and 10 working days for Europe and International. International shipping times may vary depending on customs. If you have a specific timeframe for delivery, please ensure to email with the correct date. Artwork is send from the UK. There might be additonal custom charges at the port of arrival. This cost is not included in the purchase price and will have to be paid by the collector upon receipt of the artwork.
Should your artwork arrive damages, please notify Diana within 24hrs of receipt of the artwork via email. Please take photographs of the artwork as well as the packaging it arrived in and forward these onto Diana.
RETURNS POLICY
All original work, commissions and sale items are final sale. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let Diana know so we can help. All goods must be checked upon receipt. Please contact Diana within 10 days of receipt if you have any questions about the products you have received as we place the highest importance on supplying all orders correctly.
COMMISSIONS and FRAMING
You can contact me with ideas for your commission which can be based on artwork of mine you particularly like.
