TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  • Each artwork description is accurate to the best of my knowledge, and all measurements are provided to the nearest centimetre or inch.
  • I take great care to provide accurate colour representation; however, due to differences in photography and screen settings, slight variations in colour may occur.
  • Artwork is delicate and created using many layered materials and techniques, so please handle your piece with care to avoid accidental damage.
  • I strongly recommend framing your artwork using UV-protective glass to help minimise fading over time. For the same reason, artwork should not be displayed in direct sunlight.
  • The copyright of each artwork remains with me, Diana Forbes, and no artwork may be reproduced without my prior written permission.
  • I reserve the right, either personally or through third parties acting on my behalf, to produce and sell prints of any artwork in the future.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

 

  • All original artwork will be sent using a tracked and insured postal service, with the appropriate level of insurance available for the value of the piece.
  • Every artwork is carefully packaged for transit, and a tracking number will be provided once dispatched.
  • If you have an urgent deadline or specific delivery request, I will always do my best to accommodate where possible.
  • All artwork is shipped from the UK. Depending on your location and local customs regulations, additional import duties or taxes may apply. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • In the extremely rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and retain all original packaging. Please include clear photographs of both the damaged artwork and the packaging in your email, as these may be required for a claim with the courier.
  • Please note that I do not accept returns on original artwork, commissions, bespoke pieces, or personalised artwork. I appreciate your understanding.
